Customers retain the following rights in accordance with Saudi regulations:

1. The right to request access to stored business data, as long as they have not deleted it themselves and their subscription to the system remains active without suspension or cancellation.
2. The right to request correction or modification of business data.
3. The right to request deletion of data upon termination of the contract or discontinuation of the service, subject to legal obligations.
