Yes, the subscription includes access for 2 users. If more users are needed, an additional fee will apply for each extra user.

As of now, there are no such fees, except for those related to the number of user accounts. We strive to keep our pricing fair and minimize the need for this type of charge. If any changes occur in this regard, customers will be notified immediately.

Some data is deleted 30 days after the subscription ends. However, certain data may be retained if required by official or regulatory authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which mandate that the service provider is responsible for storing specific data or portions of it. The retention period will follow the regulations and guidelines stated by those authorities.
